Friday 6th January - 'MY DOG'
Internatinal Dog Show, Gothenburg , Sweden,
... 'BARNUM' becomes a SWEDISH CHAMPION !!!
~ our first show of the
year was combined with a lovely two days spent visiting Gothenburg itself and
enjoying the cafes,eating,drinking & shopping
in the wonderful city center.
~ the long drive through Germany & Denmark & ferry crossing from
Fredrickshaven was well worth it for the experience and to double the pleasure,
with our own special boy -
Multi Champion Barnum of the Hellacious Acres achieving his SWEDISH CHAMPION
title too under judge Gunillla Skallman.
so a great start to the New Year & another Champion title to add to
his already loooong name!! :

WOW !!! She’s done it AGAIN !!!!!!!
Jazmin ~ UK Sh Ch, Dutch Ch & German Ch Remington Requisite of Ramchaine ( 10 CCs) wins the “Dog World Top Brood Bitch Competition” for the 4th time!!! Jaz has now been the TOP Golden Retriever Brood Bitch in the UK for 2007, 2008, 2010 & 2011 !!!

**Crufts Qualified at his very first show ** ‘Noah of the Hellacious Acres’ ( 9 months old)
**Crufts Qualified at his first show in the UK** ‘Beethoven of the Hellacious Acres’
Ludwig went one stage further and also
achieved his UK Kennel Club STUD BOOK NUMBER
which gives him a LIFETIME QUALIFICATION for Crufts!!!
At only 2 years & 2 months of age we are
VERY proud of all the achievements this loveable
young dog has made to date : 22 CACs & 5 CACIBs
won across various countries

Bundesjugendsieger 2010 & Amsterdam Junior Winner 2010
At the same show their mother Philomena of the Hellacious Acres made her debut into the English show scene too , and became 4th in her strong Limit Bitch class
To TOP our already wonderful day, our super multi-titled showgirl ‘Vogue’- International Show Ch, Dutch CH, Lux Ch, German & VDH Ch Velvenya Vogue of Ramchaine - then WON the Open bitch class & her 1st UK Challenge Certificate
- & then was awarded Best of Breed too!!
In all it was a truly super day for us and our chosen showteam.
MISSION ACCOMPLISHED!! …. Just some of our aims for 2012 was to try to qualify both Noah & Ludwig for Crufts 2013 and for Ludwig to achieve his K.C. Stud Book number ….. all 3 missions were accomplished with their wins at our very 1st UK Championship show this year !!!
We did the trip to England from the Netherlands with Nathalie Croon who updates our website for us & who was making her first appearance too at a UK Championship Dog Show with her own dog ‘Lady’
Saturday 28th January - The German
Retriever Club Championship Show, Herrenberg, Germany
Judges: Males - Mrs V. Jones (Ninell) GB ; Females – Mrs B. Athey (Ninell)
At 10 months of age our ‘Noah of the
Hellacious Acres’ had his second show and
became ‘Excellent’ & 2nd place in Junior Dog from a large
class of 20 entries.
‘Beethoven of the Hellacious Acres’
once again used his charms, good looks & fabulous construction to gain
‘Excellent’ & 1st place in the super Open Dog class of
22 males - with the CAC & VDH awards
…….. & ended with becoming “Reserve Best Dog”
too.
‘Morwenna of the Hellacious Acres’
was a little out of coat – but needing the ring practice we took her anyway
and were
happy she achieved ‘Excellent’ & 3rd place in her
Intermediate Bitch class.
Our ever wagging, ultra sweet ‘Philomena of the Hellacious Acres’ was also graded ‘Excellent’ and pushed hard for top honours, ending with a respectable 2nd in Open from a quality entry of 21 bitches
Our big puppy Noah thinks baby Sebastian is wonderful!!

in our 1st month of showing …
We competed at 4 x Championship Shows - in 4 x different countries …….
& WON the CC/CAC at all 4 shows, in all 4 countries,
……… with 4 x different dogs!!!!
