Vogue 8 weeks in whelp, has a bath, brush and blow dry and tidy up to get ready for the big day and her new arrivals.
Jelly and Vogue ( behind) on their last short walk day 60 & 62 gestation.
Vogue gave birth to 3 beautiful boys and 4 gorgeous girls on Friday 11th September.

Both Jelly and Vogue decided to whelp on the same day!!
In all our years of dog breeding we have never had two bitches whelping
at the same time!!

We are Happy, Happy, Happy and excited ...... the 1950
km journey from Holland to Wales has proved to be fruitfull and our 5.5 year old
Vogue is cofirmed to be in whelp by ultrasound scan at 33 days with her 2nd
litter .
Only Sebastian will now be disappointed not to be
allowed to use her as his pillow to rest against while he watches TV or as his
‘dog hill’ and ‘car park’ to play upon with his racing cars!!!...... we
don’t want the risk of mummy and the babies getting squashed and jumped on by an over enthusiastic 2 years old!!
Vogue is blooming and
looking good with her big belly at 8weeks in whelp
Day 60 and Vogue’s
biggest pregnant belly circumferance is now 104cm !!!
The first puppy has arrived .... pictured at only a few
minutes old
A mothers love for her newborns is overwhelming and
Vogue is already a devoted mummy to her babies.
A few hours old , unable to see or hear, and snuggling
to her mummy’s thick fur in her neck to keep warm tucked behind Vogue’s ear.
Our 2.5
year old Sebastian is fascinated with the newborn puppies..... and want to share
his treasured cars with them ...... and give them special nosey nosey kisses !!!
Vogue’s babies are born on 17th March – 4 x gorgeous girls and 5 x beautiful boys – a quick and easy delivery for her with the first at 09.38 and the last at 14.18 so just over 4 hours! Pups weighed in between 380g – 460g.
Sebastian wants to bring all of his toys as close to the whelping box as possible so he can be next to the baby puppies while playing ..... sweet .....
2 days old and everyone is feeding well
5 days old and the babies spend most of their time at the milkbar feeding or fast asleep in a heap cuddled up together.
One week old and growing fast.
Mummy’s foot makes for a great cushion and head rest!!
2 weeks and all weighing over a kilo, so they have all more than doubled their birthweight.
On the theme of ‘saying it again’ the Vogue & Archie babies will be called :
